Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions are a prerequisite for the buyer to place an order with Andenhaus.ch. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. The purchase made in our web shop is binding.

Prices

By purchasing a product from Andenhaus.ch, the buyer accepts the general terms and conditions. All prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs. Andenhaus.ch reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payment terms

Andenhaus.ch only delivers against advanced payment. An invoice will not be sent by post. The amount can be transferred in advance by credit card or Paypal to the bank details provided. The order is placed with payment. Products that are not in stock must be ordered from our manufacturer. If the customer wants a product that is not in stock, we ask them to use the contact form in our web shop.

Delivery conditions

If the product is in stock, it will be delivered within the specified delivery period if possible (subject to change). However, delivery times may change if the product is not in stock or the buyer orders multiple products at the same time. In this case, a longer delivery time is required. Cancellation of goods that have already been ordered is excluded. Likewise, if delivery is delayed, no compensation, cancellation or dissolution of the contract can be claimed. If delivery takes longer, we will contact the buyer.

The shipping risks are borne by the buyer. If the goods are damaged, the buyer has the right to a replacement. Orders from abroad (Ecuador) may require a longer delivery time.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellation

Immediately after receiving the product, the buyer is obliged to check the product carefully for defects. Returns/exchanges due to incorrect size ordered or dissatisfaction with the product can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment in perfect condition (not torn, dirty or destroyed in any way) and a suitable product will be sent to the buyer. If the product is not returned in perfect condition. the amount paid will not be refunded. If you don't like it, the money will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. (This can change at any time)

Product description

We get our products directly from Ecuador and we reflect the quality of our products in our shop to the best of our knowledge and according to our manufacturer's instructions.

The norm of the sizes of the specified products may differ from the European standard. That's why we will also include this in our product description.

If there is any uncertainty about the size, the customer can contact us at any time using the contact form.

Shipping and packaging costs

All products are offered without shipping costs. Shipping takes place exclusively by post. The cost of a package can be found in the Swiss Post list price. The shipping costs will be charged additionally to the buyer upon payment. The packaging costs are included in the price.

Data protection

The buyer has the opportunity to set up an account with us. This allows him to track the purchased and ordered goods. Andenhaus.ch stores customer data. However, these will not be passed on to third parties, nor sold nor negotiated in any way. All data is treated confidentially and is required for a possible newsletter.

If the customer does not wish this, he can request the deletion of his data using the contact form.
