From an order value of CHF 160 to Switzerland and CHF 220 to Austria and Germany, shipping is free.

Delivery Time

The ordered goods will be shipped – if available – within a maximum of 3 business days after the order confirmation has been issued.

If the goods are out of stock, the delivery time depends on our suppliers and may vary accordingly. We will inform you of any deviations from the delivery times in the order confirmation.

Returns

Waren können innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt, bei Teillieferungen ab Erhalt der letzten Lieferung, ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden.

The returned or exchanged goods must be in perfect condition. They should not have been worn (except for trying them on), washed, or damaged.

Tags and packaging attached to the goods (e.g. cartons) must be in their original condition. Goods that do not meet these criteria are excluded from return and exchange.
