Right of Withdrawal

Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation)

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than fourteen days from the day the returned goods have been received by us. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You do not have a right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

1. Contracts for goods that were delivered in sealed packaging and/or are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Contracts for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
